Learn for Tomorrow will open in the Fall of 2019 to meet the needs of students and families that prefer or need an alternative setting for high school while teaching California State Standards and maintaining high expectations for college and career readiness in the 21st century. Learn for Tomorrow is located on the campus of Banning High School.
Students at Learn for Tomorrow attend a learning center for 2.5-3.5 hours per day and complete their course work through a combination of face to face instruction provided in the learning center and online courses.
Learn for Tomorrow is an optional educational alternative that students/parents/guardians voluntarily select. The Learn for Tomorrow program is substantially equivalent in quantity and quality to classroom instruction. Students in the program have equal rights and privileges with students in other public school programs. Students are entitled to school services and resources including, but not limited to: school staff, credentialed teachers, curriculum, supplementary materials, and the services and resources provided to students in a traditional public school program.
