**Please include the student's full name, date(s) of absence, reason and a call back number in case we need to contact you.**

*Absence reasons must be reported within 5 days or they will automatically be marked unexcused.

Note: Not all absence reasons will be considered excused, even when they are reported within the 5 day window. California school districts are bound by state law and we have a short list of reasons absences can be excused. If you choose to call or wish to speak to the attendance clerk, please call (951) 922-0285 and follow the prompts for attendance.
