Student-athletes can receive free physicals from May 1 through August 31! Please encourage your athletes to schedule their appointments early. To book, simply call or scan the QR code below.
Important: Athletes must bring the required physical forms to their appointment. The urgent care center does not provide these forms and will not send them to us. Forms are available in the athletics office or can be downloaded and printed from Homecampus.com.
Completed physicals must be submitted electronically through Homecampus.com. Be sure to get yours done for the 2025–2026 school year!
