The meeting will be held in Room 5 and is open to all parents who would like to attend and participate. 📢 Attention Hoffer Families! 📌 Don't forget to schedule your child's required 🦷 dental and 🩺 physical check-ups! ✅ A dental check-up must be completed by May 31st of their first school year. ✅ The state requires a physical exam for 1st-grade entry. 📄 Your child will bring home the Oral Health Assessment Form, which must be completed by a 🦷 dentist and returned to the 🏥 Health Office. They will also receive the Report of Health Examination for School Entry, which should be completed by your 👨‍⚕️ physician and submitted to the 🏥 Health Office. 🦷 A dentist will be visiting Hoffer in March! You can complete the BIG SMILES application and bring it to the office or register online at www.myschooldentist.com.
